GelPure SA GPT Agarose is similar to SA Agarose, the standard gelling/melting temperature agarose with high gel strength, but is Genetic Purity Tested (GPT). The SA GPT Agarose is certified for its purity and ensures that preparative electrophoresis can be performed and DNA recovered from the gel after being electrophoresed. The SA GPT Agarose gels can also be used in molecular biology techniques.
Easy preparation of the gel by simple dilution in aqueous buffers either by standard boiling or by using a microwave oven
